Brand design football school
Client request
The Viggiù Calcio sports association turned to us to create a professional logo to give a new image to its football school. First of all the style must be modern, serious, with a very broad target from adults to children. Another request was to insert the letter V and the letter C for Calcio within the design of the monogram, which must also appear as an emblem. In conclusion, the creation of all the new branding was also requested: headed paper and badge to best present the activity, banners to be inserted at the edges of the football field and icons to be used on social media.
Idea brand design
First of all the type of logo is of the initial letter type, with the letter V for “Viggiu” and the letter C for “Calcio”, but the symbol also presents itself very well as a modern emblem. In addition to the letters, the symbol also presents a graphic and immediate reference to the soccer ball, which can also be seen as a retro ball, therefore a historical and graphic reference that refers to the year the company was founded and the values it intends to convey . Furthermore, another graphic element is indicated by the forward (towards the future) movement/rolling of the ball. The circle also transmits the values of community and team, always moving towards a common goal.
In conclusion, from a graphic point of view, the logo also communicates simplicity, modernity and the continuous renewal given by the circular motion/movement of the symbol.

The alternative logo variant features a different font for the name and a different symbol, where the initial letters always play a central role.
