Modern LOGO design FOR A FREELANCE TRANSLATOR

Client request

The main request was to create a modern logo design for ACM Translation, who offers a range of professional language services, specializing in interpreting and high-quality translations, either technical (business, legal, marketing, interior design, chemistry etc.) and for the publishing industry with a focus on the literary translation.

After the logo design I create also a professional business card and a awesome responsive web design.

FINAL LOGO DESIGN

The symbol represents the initials of the name of the translator (Adriana Cristina Mattei), with a style, that is aimed at the publishing world, both for the type of font used, and for the stylized symbol, in this case a book above which are born the initials and within which is inserted the word Translation as the title of the book. The reference to the publishing world to which the activity is especially addressed, is clear and immediate. Having regard to the desire to give less importance to the letter “c” in the initials of the brand, it was placed in mixed then with less importance than the other two. The initials seem to spring from the book below, referring to a strong preparation in the field of professional translation.

Wine red was chosen to symbolize technical competence, maturity, classicism and reliability. A second version of the modern logo design is proposed which includes the translator’s working languages.
