Modern logo design for kindergarten

Design request

The request was to create a restyling kindergarten logo in the province of Varese. The logo must symbolize the nursery school structure, be modern and suitable for the school sector. Included in the request was to create the logo design and letterhead for digital use.

Idea kindergarten logo

The symbol presents a clear reference to the world of children, simulating a child’s drawing, especially in the coloring of the drawing. Positive values are therefore transmitted, of growth and a strong contact with nature, having the nursery school large green spaces available.

The tree transmits not only the value of growth but also the clear reference, together with the stylized building, of where the nursery school is located. In this restyling, the historical legacy is still kept solid thanks to having converted a symbolic place of Clivio into a drawing. Coloring the logo as if it were made by a child immediately transmits a great sensitivity for the world of children.

Under the drawing, an additional graphic element is provided to transmit the value of growth, of a path in the greenery and in nature.

Varese, Italy.

The colors refer a lot to nature, with the blue of the sky, brown and green for the tree. The logo will always have to be on white as the primary variant with the possibility of going on light backgrounds.

Logo design

There are two variants, one aligned to the right and one centered. The logo font has been modified along with all the spaces to always be balanced and in harmony with the symbol. The naming is proposed with a simple, readable and clean font, and below the tagline “scuola materna paritaria” deliberately in lowercase to improve readability and spaces.
